What We Offer Join our 26-member Patient Placement Team, supporting 7 hospitals around the clock. What We're Looking For + Education: Bachelors Degree, preferred. BSN preferred. + Experience: + Two year, required. + Previous leadership and bed utilization experience is preferred. + Licensure/Certification: Current RN license, required. + Additional Skills (required): + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high level of problem solving and critical thinking skills to find solutions to difficult human, technical, clinical or administrative problems. + Excellent problem analysis skills to develop solutions. + Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage/coordinate effectively the work of non-subordinates Why Choose Novant Health?
