Working under the direction of the Occupational Health Director, this role ensures that all services are delivered in accordance with AWS standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements. The manager leads clinical teams across multiple locations, supports staff development, ensures consistent workflow execution, and partners with clients to maintain a safe, healthy workforce. Provide direct feedback to staff, address underperformance, and implement corrective actions or development plans to ensure clinical and operational excellence. **Team Leadership & Staff Development** Supervise, coach, and mentor clinic staff to maintain high clinical standards. Support ongoing development, certification, and training of providers. **Client Partnership & Communication** Serve as the primary point of contact for client site leads, fostering trust and collaborating on health and safety initiatives. **Compliance & Risk Mitigation** Ensure clinic operations follow OSHA standards, medical surveillance protocols, and AWS compliance guidelines.
