Job Summary

Summary
Responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient conditions, and collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care.

This role involves working in a dynamic environment, managing a diverse patient caseload, and ensuring adherence to hospital policies and best practices.

Essential Functions
-Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
-Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform procedures according to physician orders and established protocols.
-Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and history-taking, to identify patient needs and conditions.
-Document patient observations, interventions, and responses accurately in electronic health records (EHR) or paper charts.
-Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other staff.


 

Qualifications

Education
Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred

Licenses and Credentials
Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - Generic - HR Only required

Experience
Experience in clinical nursing 1-2 years preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant healthcare technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure.
