Belle Terrace is now under new management and currently seeking a highly qualified RN Supervisor for Nights to join our growing healthcare team. + Providing clinical oversight of the nursing unit + Rendering a combination of administrative and bedside care + Facilitating the implementation of the care delivery model and processes + Coordinating with other departments + Supporting clinical Leadership and Education + Fostering quality Improvement REQUIREMENTS: + A RN graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college or university + Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing + Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience preferred + Minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care preferred WHY WORK FOR US?
