Baystate Health, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare quality and safety, and home to Baystate Wing Hospital is looking for inpatient Registered Nurses to join the team in Palmer Massachusetts in the Medical Surgical and Intermediate Care Unit!

SCHEDULE:

24 hours, 7a-7p Every over weekend and rotating holidays. Location: Baystate Wing Hospital On Site Parking!

Join our 46-bed Medical-Surgical and Intermediate Care Unit (IMC), where Registered Nurses (RNs) deliver high-quality care in a supportive and team-driven environment.

What You’ll Experience in Our Unit:

Diverse patient care: Exposure to multiple specialties, including orthopedics, plastics, and intermediate care nursing.

Cutting-edge equipment: Work with modern technology in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Critical care support: IMC nurses stabilize patients for ambulance or helicopter transport.

Safe staffing ratios: 5:1 in Medical-Surgical and 3:1 in Intermediate Care.

Strong leadership and support: Experienced nurse managers, supervisors, and nurse educators available every shift.

Comprehensive training: Evidence-based online courses, interactive classroom sessions, and high-fidelity simulation labs.

Community-focused culture: A smaller hospital environment where every Registered Nurse receives personalized orientation and mentorship.

PAY:

New Grad RN (0-1 year of RN Licensure) $41.00 Experienced RN (1+ years of RN Licensure) $42.66-$65.00 Competitive shift differentials and allowance plans

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required. Education: Diploma in Nursing
