Registered Nurse Manager Benefits

Registered Nurse Manager Responsibilities

Client assessments, develop care plans, and client file review Assist with the hiring of RNs and LPNs Provide medical assessments for new and existing clients Perform supervisory visits Uphold BrightStar Care’s behavior and clinical standards

Registered Nurse Manager Requirements

RN with three (3) years of clinical experience Two (2) years of in-home care experience preferred Current unrestricted RN license in the State of Wisconsin Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred Must have graduated from an accredited National League of Nursing program Certified CPR and a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray Comply with accepted professional standards of practice Possess exceptional nursing assessment skills Comply with accepted professional standards of practice Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal tactfully with clients, staff, and community Treat clients, staff, and the public with courtesy and respect, and present a positive public image Case management skills are a plus Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance and reliable transportation Ability to work on weekends, nights, and holidays Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the client's mobility. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
