💼 Position Highlights:

Role: RN InstructorLocation: Primarily Brooklyn (70%), with travel to the Bronx (30%)Salary: $100,000–$110,000/yearSchedule: Full-TimeFocus: Train, mentor, and guide Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs)

Deliver engaging, compliant, and high-impact training for HHA/PCA studentsMentor new caregivers, instilling the skills and compassion that define quality home careEnsure all instruction meets DOH standards and best practicesTravel between Brooklyn and the Bronx to support and monitor training programsBe the driving force behind a new wave of skilled, confident home care professionals

✅ Requirements:

Active RN license in New York StateMinimum 1 year of home care experienceStrong communication, leadership, and training skillsPassion for education, advocacy, and empowering others
