We want your knowledge and expertise! **Job Summary and Qualifications** **What You Will Do In Your Role:** + **You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care for assigned patients.** + **You will be responsible for meeting the Standards of Practice for the Rehabilitation Unit and managing all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment.** + **You will participate in activities to plan, measure, asses and improve the quality of patient care.** + **Instructs patients/families regarding the disease process.** + **You will be responsible for additional admission paperwork specific to the Rehabilitation Unit.** + **You will participate in weekly patient care conferences, as needed.** + **You will assume the responsibility of charging the unit, as needed.** **What qualifications you will need:** + **Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing is required.
