**Description** **Medical City Alliance Registered Nurse – ICU Full Time, Day Shift** **What qualifications you will need:** Associate’s degree required; BSN preferred. BSN will be required within 3 years of employment. Experience caring for patients with an intra-aortic balloon pump, continuous renal replacement therapy and/or temperature management devices (intra-vascular or surface) preferred. Professional Nursing Organization Membership strongly encouraged. Experience Minimum of two years’ experience is preferred. Licenses, Registrations and/or Certifications Registered Nurse License eligible to practice in the State of Texas required; current BLS upon hire and ACLS from HCA approved vendor within 90 days of hire; Advanced Nursing Certification preferred or obtained within first 12 months of employment; Demonstrated competence in cardiac rhythm interpretation and assessment, and treatment; Demonstrated competence in cardiac rhythm interpretation and assessment, treatment, and critical thinking skills applicable in the intensive care setting.
