GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Home Care RN provides professional nursing care to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations through full implementation of the five phases of the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation) and professional standards of care in the home care setting.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) or related scienceEnrollment in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program within 3 years of hireCompletion of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within 5 years of hire Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to problem-solve.Knowledge about the care of the pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient required
