Facility: Clements Ferry Emergency Department Location: Clements Ferry Department: Emergency Room Position Type: Full Time (36 hours) Weekends Work Schedule: 7p–7a What You'll Do + Provides direct and/or indirect nursing care under the direction of the Department Director and/or Charge Nurse + Delivers safe, effective, and professional nursing care to assigned patients + Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the healthcare needs of patients + Cares for a diverse patient population, from infants to geriatrics (unless otherwise specified) + Works collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes + Maintains a customer-focused approach and supports department goals + Delivers nursing care aligned with established practice standards and clinical guidelines + Must be willing and able to float to comparable nursing units as needed What We're Looking For + Current unrestricted RN license in the State of South Carolina + Successful completion of nursing service orientation program + BLS, ACLS, and PALS required + NRP preferred (provided during training if not currently certified) + TNCC required within one year of hire + IV therapy competency within one year + Annual participation in Skills Fair and completion of required competencies + Specialty certification and/or participation in professional nursing organizations encouraged Job Opening ID 143715
