Education\:

Registered Nurse/Registered Practical Nurse who graduated from an accredited School of Nursing 

Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

Certification as Nurse Specialized in Wound Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC), Skin Wellness Associate Nurse (SWAN), or International Interprofessional Wound Care Course (IIWCC)

Qualifications\:

Two years previous experience in the development of wound care management programs in the hospital or community setting.

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle 

Previous visiting nursing experience will be considered an asset

Updated Immunization Records, Clear criminal background check and vulnerable sector check upon hire 

Current CPR certification required
