We actively strive to channel our highly engaged employee’s knowledge, critical thinking, innovative solutions for our clients. **Responsibilities** + Providing specialized case management and care coordination for patients with special health care needs. + Reviewing and monitoring outpatient consultations and referrals for medical necessity, cost effectiveness, and appropriateness. + Collaborating with PRC staff, providers, and external facilities to ensure care aligns with CMS criteria. + Maintaining statistical data on consults, monitoring deferred referrals, and supporting PRC team continuous quality improvement. + Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm (excluding federal holidays). **Qualifications** + At least 3 years of experience as an Registered Nurse, with case management and Purchased/Referred Care experience. + Permanent, current, full and unrestricted license to practice a Registered Nurse in a state, District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States. + Ability to obtain an IHS public trust clearance. **Estimated Salary/Wage** USD $34.01/Hr.
