Key Responsibilities: + Coordinate nursing care for patients, including assessments, phlebotomy, ECGs, and patient education. + Deliver advanced clinical interventions aligned with Mayo Clinic protocols and NICE guidance. + Act as a clinical mentor and supervisor to junior nursing staff, supporting induction, ongoing education, and competency development. + Collaborate with physicians/consultants and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient pathways, including neurology and specialty referrals. + Contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives, and governance activities, including audit, SOP creation, and patient safety reviews. + Maintain accurate documentation and uphold NMC standards of professional practice and confidentiality. **Qualifications** + Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration. + Significant experience in general practice or executive health nursing desirable but willingness to learn and support other services preferable. + Strong communication and organisational skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
