DaVita is seeking an RN to deliver dialysis care in skilled nursing facilities (SNF). You’ll provide on-site treatment to patients with end-stage renal disease, offering high-quality, compassionate care directly in the facility setting.

Hours: 3-4 Days A Week, 12+ Hour Shifts

Location: 620 Parker Road, Maysville KY 41056

Key Responsibilities:

Provide dialysis treatment to patients at SNF partner sitesMonitor patient vitals and assess treatment responseCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate careEducate patients and families on treatment and care plansMaintain safety, quality, and regulatory standards

What to Expect:

No prior dialysis experience required—comprehensive paid training providedFlexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysMay float to multiple facilities during and after trainingFast-paced environment with diverse patient needs

Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of practiceADN required; BSN preferredICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience a plusCNN or CDN certification preferred
