Job Description Day to Day   ○ Provide professional nursing care following national and company standards   ○ Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient/family care   ○ Prepare and administer therapies under physician supervision   ○ Maintain accurate documentation and patient confidentiality   ○ Support patient education and psychosocial needs   ○ Assist with exams, procedures, and patient flow   ○ Handle medication refills, triage calls, and schedule tests/appointments    Responsibilities:   ○ Assess patient health status and collect data   ○ Administer medications/blood products safely   ○ Monitor labs and facilitate dose modifications   ○ Perform venipuncture, access ports, and maintain central lines   ○ Ensure pre-authorizations and consent forms are complete   ○ Follow OSHA and infection control protocols   ○ Maintain equipment and supply areas   ○ Mentor/precept less experienced nurses Participate in professional development and ongoing education We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements ○ Registered Nursing license in Illinois   ○ Graduate from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)   ○ 3–5 years of nursing experience   ○ Current BLS certification CPR certification Plusses   ○ Oncology experience (1+ years highly preferred)   ○ Oncology Nursing Certification Chemotherapy Certification (reimbursement offered with 6–12 month commitment)
