Job Description • Administer medications (oral, IV, injections) and treatments as prescribed. • Monitor vital signs and assess residents for changes in condition. • Manage chronic illnesses like diabetes, hypertension, and dementia. • Wound care and dressing changes. • Coordinate care plans tailored to each resident’s needs. • Maintain accurate and timely nursing notes and medical records. • Report changes in residents’ conditions to physicians and families. • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
