Day: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PMEvening: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PMPay: $58/hourPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to support the objectives of the Nursing Department by overseeing nursing personnel and ensuring high standards of care. This role involves daily staff coordination, policy communication, and resource management within the assigned unit.
Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret and enforce Nursing Department policies and procedures.Supervise and evaluate nursing staff within the assigned area.Lead daily staff meetings to communicate updates and procedural changes.Provide courteous support to unit visitors.Ensure availability of necessary supplies and equipment.Offer consultation and resolve immediate issues, escalating to the Unit Supervisor as needed.Required QualificationsActive RN license with New York State licensure.Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Strong oral and written communication skills.Effective interpersonal skills.Minimum 6 months of experience in care management, case management, geriatrics, triage, and EMR systems.Preferred QualificationsExperience in managed care settings.Experience in case management and geriatric care.Work Environment & BenefitsMandatory orientation: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.Union position upon permanent conversion.Benefits include:Holiday paySign-on bonus or student loan forgiveness403(b) retirement planEmployer-paid pensionWomen-owned and founded facility with over 200 contingent workers.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $58.00/hr.
