Nursing interventions: SOAP form of charting documentation of all case findings, health care teaching/counseling and provision of supportive and/or restorative care. The candidate will be expected to participate in staff training, assist in preparation of clinical and administrative reports and maintain all up-to-date infection control standards is required. The selected candidate will also be required to function as a member of an already established excellent treatment team.
