Coverage area: Stanly + parts of Montgomery and Davidson Counties
Schedule: Full Time, Mon - Fri - NO CALL!

Responsibilities
• Implement the treatment and rehabilitative strategies outlined in the patient care plan, including medication management, rehabilitation treatments, coordination of medical needs, and budget monitoring
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of care provided to ensure accurate patient record and billing
• Conduct assessments and approve plan of care and service delivery methods
• Follow consumer health plans, provide and promote consumer choice, and facilitate consumer independence
• Perform competency and skills evaluations on employees who provide direct care
• Other tasks as assigned
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in state of operation
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or related health and human services field from an accredited college or university OR an Associates Degree in nursing from an accredited two-year program
