As a registered nurse, you will play a key role in assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care across a broad spectrum of needs, while maintaining quality, service excellence and professional standards. The Registered Nurse (RN) will advocate for all medical needs of assigned program participants focusing on optimal health for all individuals in the Seven Hills Community Services (SHCS) Residential Care setting. Pay: $41.00/hr

Generous Accrued Paid Vacation: 3 weeks in your first year!Vacation Cash-Out Option3 Paid Personal Days11 Paid Holidays Accrued Paid Sick Time Responsibilities Assess and coordinate healthcare services for individuals in accordance with DDS and agency standardsCommunicate medical concerns and updates to relevant SHCS staff, including managers and directorsAccompany and transport individuals to medical appointments as neededOversee medical supports and maintain accurate documentation in TIEREnsure compliance with Medication Administration Program (MAP) protocols and reportingProvide in-service training to residential staff on medical topics and support needsCollaborate with healthcare providers to secure appropriate treatment and follow-up careSupervise assigned nursing staff (e.g., LPNs) and report concerns to the Health Care DirectorUphold participant dignity, rights, and confidentiality in all care and communicationMaintain compliance with all regulatory documentation and reporting requirementsFoster a respectful, supportive, and collaborative team environmentPerform additional duties as assigned by the Health Care Director QualificationsEducation & Experience:
Bachelor's degree required Registered Nurse with current MA license.One year working in a residential setting with disabled adults or Home Care experience.
