Registered Nurse – House Supervisor Location: Elma, WA Weekly Gross: $2,550–$2,860 (travel or local) Facility Type: Hospital Setting – Emergency Department Oversight Schedule: 3×12-hour shifts Contract Length: 13 weeks Estimated Start Date: January 5, 2026 Position Summary The House Supervisor RN plays a vital leadership role in managing hospital operations during assigned shifts, with a focus on supporting the Emergency Department and inpatient units. This position requires strong critical-thinking skills, the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and expertise in managing clinical and administrative needs to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities + Provide clinical leadership and oversight across hospital departments + Assist ED and inpatient teams with high-acuity situations as needed + Coordinate patient flow, staffing, and resource allocation + Support and guide nursing staff to maintain quality and regulatory standards + Respond to emergencies and assist with rapid assessments and interventions + Ensure timely and accurate documentation in electronic health records + Serve as the primary point of contact for hospital operations during shift Minimum Qualifications + Current Washington State RN License + Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications + Minimum 1 year of recent ER experience (leadership or travel experience preferred) + Strong knowledge of emergency protocols and critical care procedures + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable) + Current health certificate (per contract/state guidelines) + Must meet all federal, state, and local compliance requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age Why Join Us? + Highly competitive weekly pay + Travel-friendly assignment options + Opportunity to provide meaningful leadership in a dynamic hospital environment + Make an immediate impact on patient care and hospital operations Ready to take the next step in your nursing career?
