Registered Nurse – Clinical Director (remote)

Liberty Healthcare seeks an experienced Registered Nurse leader for an anticipated Clinical Director opening.
As Liberty Healthcare’s Clinical Director, you will support a large-scale statewide initiative which seeks to ensure the quality of training provided to Registered Nurses who are responsible for completing functional assessments of adults who are living with disabilities and seeking adult day health, adult foster care, group adult foster care, and personal care attendant services.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Serving as a consultant to a team of training professionals
+ Evaluating the quality and efficacy of a training program for nurse assessors
+ Conducting proficiency testing and assessing competency of nurse assessors
+ Applying interrater reliability methodologies to evaluate staff training outcomes
+ Developing and implementing performance improvement plans and monitoring efficacy
+ Evaluating training materials and making recommendations for enhancements
+ Data analysis and reporting
As a full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare in this role, you can expect:
+ Annual salary of $150,000

This is a newly created remote position which will allow you to work from your home office.
The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
You are a good fit for this role if you possess the following:
+ Professional licensure as a Registered Nurse
+ Subject matter expertise in eligibility requirements related to Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS)
+ Experience conducting functional assessments of adults who are living with disabilities
+ Deep knowledge of interrater reliability and quality assurance methodologies
+ Experience in professional development, training, and performance improvement
+ Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s degree is a bonus)
