Registered Manager - Mental Health Service

Salary: Up to £42,000 + Bonus opportunity
Annual Leave: 32 Days (inclusive of bank holidays)

I am looking for a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a warm and supportive residential service for adults living with complex mental health needs in South Birmingham. What You'll Bring:

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)Proven experience managing mental health servicesConfident with IT systems and digital toolsWillingness to share on-call responsibilities

Your Day-to-Day:

Lead and inspire a committed care teamDeliver truly person-centred careOversee staffing, rotas, recruitment, and trainingManage budgets, compliance, and governanceBuild strong relationships with families and external professionalsConduct assessments and update care/support plansSupport residents with independent living skillsHandle safeguarding, referrals, and care planningEnsure adherence to DoLs and the Mental Capacity ActImplement and uphold policies and procedures
