About the Role:
About You:
Process driven and with a passion for continuous improvement You will have experience of working with learning disabilities and/or mental health or complex behaviours across multiple different sites.Ideally you will be an established Registered Manager who is looking for a new challenge.A keen eye for detail and have a passion for quality and governance.Level 4 or 5 in Health & Social Care or are qualified through experience You will have strong leadership valuesAn excellent communicator, with the ability to influence at different levels.You will have excellent time management skills, with the ability to work on your own initiative and seek ways to continuously improve.You will enjoy an environment where no two days are ever the same.Benefits :
