Amergis Staffing is seeking a RBT for the 25/26 school year. Position Details: School Year: 2025–2026 Schedule: Up to 40 hours/week Start Date: Immediate Pay: Weekly Responsibilities: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and/or State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) license (as applicable per state/contract) High School diploma or equivalent required Two (2) years relevant experience preferred One year relevant experience preferred Associates degree in behavioral studies or related field preferred Implement ABA strategies Requirements: + Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with behavioral disorders (Autism, ADD/ADHD, etc.) + Comfortable working with severe/violent behavioral cases + Familiarity with ABA techniques + Experience in a school or behavioral/psych setting preferred Benefits Offered: + Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance + 401(k) Program + Competitive weekly pay If you'repassionate about making a difference and meet the qualifications, we’d love tohear from you! ??
