Registered Care Manager
Location: Coventry North & Bedworth
Salary: £33,000-£36,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

I am looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a person centred domiciliary care service in Coventry. You'll ensure high standards of care, support your team, and drive service growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team delivering person-centred careEnsure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policiesOversee care assessments, planning, and reviewsRecruit, train, and develop care staffBuild strong relationships with clients, families, and professionalsMonitor service quality and implement improvementsParticipate in the on-call rota as needed

Requirements:

Experience in domiciliary care managementLevel 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it)Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
