**Being a RBT at Devereux has its Advantages**

**Shift:** Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (52 week year round position)
**Every day as an RBT you will:**
+ Ensure the safety and supervision of the children
+ Work with children on a 1:1 basis in a school environment
+ Provide interventions to children with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and speech and language disabilities
+ Deescalate and mitigate behaviors using positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS)

**Qualifications**
**EDUCATION:** Requires a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
**EXPERIENCE:** At least 1 year of work experience with children or adolescents preferred.
