Role Overview As a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans. This role involves direct interaction with clients, data collection, and collaboration with families and team members to ensure consistent, compassionate care. Requirements (Please Read Carefully) - Active RBT certification - Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Behavioral Technician - 2 or more years of experience strongly preferred - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively - Commitment to professional growth and ethical practice Important: We are only accepting applications from candidates who meet these requirements. If you do not have at least 1 year of experience as a Behavioral Technician, your application will not be considered.
