About the Role
Join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of students! You’ll work under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans in a supportive school environment.

Responsibilities
+ Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by BCBA
+ Collect and record accurate data on student progress
+ Support students in achieving behavioral and academic goals
+ Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
+ Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards
Qualifications
+ Certification: Active RBT credential and BACB account
+ Experience: 6 months to 1 year working as an RBT
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Passion for working with children in an educational setting
