+ Schedule: M-F, 8a - 2p (6.5 hrs/day) + Pay: $25 Key Responsibilities + Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA/BCaBA + Provide one-on-one and/or small group ABA therapy sessions in home, clinic, school, or community settings + Collect accurate and timely data on client progress, behaviors, and skill acquisition + Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills + Implement behavior reduction strategies safely and ethically as trained + Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and BACB ethical guidelines + Communicate regularly with supervisors, caregivers, and team members regarding client progress + Attend required supervision sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training + Maintain RBT certification and complete required continuing education + Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging therapeutic environment Required Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred) + Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB + Ability to pass background checks and required clearances + Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations (if applicable) Benefits At Amergis, we firmly believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our organization and we are happy to offer the following benefits: + Competitive pay & weekly paychecks + Health, dental, vision, and life insurance + 401(k) savings plan + Awards and recognition programs *Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
