Amergis Healthcare Staffing is actively hiring passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in a school setting. Position Overview As a School-Based RBT, you’ll work directly with students who benefit from behavioral support services. You’ll help implement behavior intervention plans, support skill development, and collaborate with school staff to create a positive learning environment. ?? Pay Rate $26-$28 per hour ? Minimum Requirements + Active RBT certification + Experience working with children or individuals with developmental or behavioral needs + Ability to follow behavior plans and work under clinical supervision + Strong communication and teamwork skills + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements ??
