What You’ll DoImplement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, clinic, or community settings
Collect and record accurate data on client progress
Collaborate with families and clinical team members
Support skill development in communication, social interaction, behavior regulation, and daily living skills

Responsibilities Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environmentProvide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community settingImplement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral AnalystProvide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisorFacilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goalsTrack client progress and program dataUnderstands and adheres to Company Policy and ProceduresObserves confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information Qualifications Must be a Registered Behavior TechnicianBachelor’s Degree, preferredTwo or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populationValid Driver’s LicenseReliable transportation and insuranceFlexibility with client scheduling and treatment needsStrong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times About our Line of Business SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, offers a holistic approach and integrated care for people with cognitive, developmental, or intellectual disabilities who often need additional resources.
