Are you anexperienced Registered Behavior Technician looking for meaningful, consistent work with asupportive team? Join us in Attleboro, MA, where you’ll help elementary school–agedstudents build independence, confidence, and essential life skills in astructured and positive environment.
What You’ll Do:
Provide 1:1 andsmall-group ABA support to elementary school–aged students
Implement behaviorintervention plans under BCBA supervision
Collect data andtrack student progress
Collaborate witheducators and clinical staff
Create a supportive,respectful, and motivating learning environment
What We’re LookingFor:
Prior experience asan ABA paraprofessional / register behavior technician
Experience workingwith adolescents or in school-based settings preferred
Reliable,professional, and compassionate
Strong communicationand teamwork skills
Toileting Included
Ability to commit toa consistent Monday–Friday schedule

Minimum Requirements:
+ Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and/or State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) license (as applicable per state/contract)
+ High School diploma or equivalent required
+ Two (2) years relevant experience preferred
+ One year relevant experience preferred
+ Associates degree in behavioral studies or related field preferred
+ Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
