Job Posting: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Modality: Behavioral Technician Support (BT) Assignment: ASAP – End of School Year Position: Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) School Location: South Holland, IL 60473 Student Profile: + Age: 13-year-old male student + Caseload: 1 student (2:1 staffing model — second staff is from Amergis) + Behavioral Needs: + High-intensity, aggressive behaviors + Behaviors may include biting, pinching, and other safety concerns + Support Needed: + Candidate must be experienced, calm, safety-focused, and well-versed in behavioral intervention strategies in school settings Schedule & Duration: + Start Date: ASAP + End Date: End of the school year + Daily Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM + Hourly Rate: $25/hour About the Role: The RBT will work closely with a supervising BCBA and school staff to provide intensive behavioral support for a middle school student with significant behavioral challenges. The role requires a high level of patience, consistency, and professionalism to maintain safety and support the student’s educational and behavioral goals.
