Retail Leaders

Our Retail programmes put you at the heart of our stores, where you’ll quickly take on real responsibility in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll start by learning on the job, leading projects during our busiest times, and developing your leadership skills from day one. The key milestone is progressing into store management—first as a Team Manager, then moving up to deputy or store manager roles. You’ll see the direct impact of your decisions and play a vital part in shaping the future of our stores.

Food

Our Food programmes offer hands-on experience in one of the UK’s most innovative food businesses. You’ll start with a store immersion, then move into roles focused on either Commercial (trading, supplier partnerships, and driving growth) or Marketing & Product (product development, innovation, and brand campaigns). You’ll also have the chance to spend time with suppliers, gaining a full view of the food industry. These programmes are designed to build your expertise and prepare you for a future career in food, whether in business or technology.
