The position is located within the regional technical team, which handles warranty claims for the Central and Eastern European markets. This team includes several warranty colleagues who handle other markets in the same role. The majority of the tasks involve assessing warranty claims based on internal guidelines, and there is often a need for the technical evaluation of warranty cases, for which the engineering team (part of this regional team) provides assistance. Additional responsibilities include processing the individual needs of the markets, supporting any bottlenecks, and distributing central communications.
The communication language within the team is Hungarian, but the contact with the markets is in English.
University or College Degree/Technical Certification in a related subject
Good command of English
Good communication skills
PC skills
Experience in the automotive industry or vehicle repair is an advantage.
