Job Description

Allied Universal is currently hiring a Regional Vice President. The Regional Vice President partners with the President of the Region to lead all strategic and operational functions for multiple branch locations and client sites throughout a designated territory. RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Caring Leadership, Client Engagement and Operational Oversight: Lead and mentor a team of General and Branch Managers by providing coaching, support, and recognition, while fostering accountability. Encourage a collaborative and inclusive work environment to promote teamwork, open communication, and professional developmentTravel to client locations and industry events to enhance customer relationships, resolve critical issues, and ensure client and employee satisfactionDeliver high-quality service to our clients by strategically leading the region's security operations, while maintaining industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirementsAnalyze, report, and drive operational metrics and KPI’s using Allied Universal's Business Intelligence Platform, maximizing efficiency and productivityIdentify and mitigate security risks; develop and implement security protocols, training, and response plansFinancial Performance and Growth:Manage your region’s P&L and drive financial performance through budget allocation, revenue growth, profitability, cash collections and expense management; develop strategies and employ tactics with the General Managers and Finance team to achieve all financial targetsCollaborate with the sales, marketing, and enterprise accounts teams to identify and close new business development opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

Must possess one of the following:Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business or a related field with ten (10) years of management experience in the service industryAssociate’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business or a related field with twelve (12) years of management experience in the service industryHigh School diploma with fifteen (15) years of management experience in the service industryMinimum of four (4) years of (profit and loss financial management experienceMinimum of seven (7) years of experience in successfully building and developing teamsExecutive leadership skills that foster teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and achieving desired resultsAbility to collaborate across multiple business units and regions to creatively support client's growth and satisfactionResults-oriented problem-solving skills that meet client and employee needs, while running a profitable businessProficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office and (BI) Business Intelligence tools for metrics analysis, reporting, automation, and presentationsDynamic networking skills displaying a commitment to safety and trust by participating in local community, client, and industry events

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

Law enforcement, military, and/or contract or proprietary security services experience

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Pay: $120,000 - 160,000 annual base plus 40% annual bonus potentialMedical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insuranceEnrollment in our company’s matching 401(k)plan or Supplemental Income Plan, subject to eligibility requirementsEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal daysFlex Time Off Plan Closing
