WHAT YOU’LL DO​

Our Logistics Region Europe comprises of three Clusters: Central-East, North and South Europe, where H&M operates logistics centres.

As Regional Transport & Trade Contract Manager, you’ll lead vendor and contract management for Transport & Trade categories across the Logistics Region. You’ll ensure optimal contractual setups, drive supplier performance, and align commercial strategies with regional and global goals. Your main responsibilities will include:

Manage the full contract lifecycle: renewals, amendments, terminationsAnalyse contracts for quality, cost, risk, and performanceEnsure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policiesCoordinate vendor performance reviews and strategic meetingsDevelop and maintain vendor scorecards to drive efficiencyAlign regional commercial strategy with global objectivesMaintain accurate contract data for benchmarking and improvementStandardize contracts, SLAs, and rate cards with operations teamsCommunicate contract terms and obligations to stakeholdersProvide training on contract and vendor management processesStay informed on logistics KPIs, risks, and sustainability opportunities

WHO YOU ARE​

A relevant university degree in a related field; a background in corporate law is a strong plusDeep expertise in vendor and contract management for logistics services – ideally gained in a similar role within a regional or multi-market setup – with solid knowledge of global standards and local legislationStrong understanding of logistics supplier requirements, including compliance, sustainability, and performance criteriaGood analytical and financial acumen, with a focus on driving customer value and profitabilityProven experience in transportation sourcing across complex, multi-market environmentsAbility to independently draft and present deliverables, recommendations, and communication strategiesA structured working style with a flexible and pragmatic approach to secure quick winsBusiness fluent in English
