Key Responsibilities:
1. Train-the-Trainer (TtT) Program Ownership
Lead the design and facilitation of Train-the-Trainer (TtT) sessions to certify and empower local trainers.Build and support a network of qualified trainers across the AP region.Provide ongoing coaching and ensure consistency in delivery quality.2. Instructional Design & Content Development
Design, develop, and update training materials (e.g., facilitator guides, e-learning, workbooks).Customize global content for local relevance while maintaining core learning objectives and branding.Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy and business alignment.3. Training Program Management
Drive end-to-end management of regional training programs, from needs analysis to evaluation.Monitor effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and business impact metrics.Ensure scalable, compliant, and high-impact delivery across diverse AP region markets.4. Training Solution Exploration & Deployment
Identify, evaluate, and implement suitable training formats and technologies (e.g., virtual, in-person, blended) for different countries and audiences.Pilot and roll out innovative training platforms or approaches tailored to regional needs.Coordinate with vendors and tech teams where necessary to support solution deployment.5. Regional Enablement & Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with country HR teams, CX leaders, and business stakeholders to define training priorities and solutions.Act as the key bridge between global L&D strategy and regional execution.Ensure alignment with business goals while accommodating local requirements and feedback.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, corporate training, or enablement roles.Strong PC technical knowledge and ability to support technical product or systems training.Field training program experience is required, especially in operational, product, or customer-facing environments.Proven success in managing Train-the-Trainer programs across multiple markets.Proficiency with LMS platforms and authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.).Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.Fluent in English; additional Asian language(s) is a plus.
