Regional Territory Manager - Remote - OK or AR

Summary: Seeking a Regional Territory Manager to drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships in the sports field line-marking technology sector.

Requirements:

1-3 years of quota-carrying sales experience with a history of closing deals.

Willingness to travel overnight up to 80% of the time (varies annually).

Valid driver's license.

Must pass a background check, MVR, and drug screening before the start date.

Must meet fleet insurance eligibility requirements.

Ability to sit for extended periods while traveling and lift up to 50 lbs.

A results-driven mindset with the ability to identify needs and close deals.

A proactive, self-motivated approach to achieving sales goals.

Passion for the sports industry and an interest in technology.

Proven experience in lead generation and revenue growth.

Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.

A track record of success in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

Develop a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, presentations, and relationship-building.

Implement a consistent follow-up cadence to maintain engagement with prospects.

Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract closure.

Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including Athletic Directors, Parks & Rec Directors, Club Presidents, and Turf Managers.

Maintain accurate sales activity records in the CRM for forecasting and reporting.



Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
