Customer Regional Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee major escalations from the Store Management team s . This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. The ideal candidate will act as the first line of escalation, identifying key personnel in each store and ensuring smooth communication and resolution of critical issues.
Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee major escalations from the Store Management team. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. The ideal candidate will act as the first line of escalation, identifying key personnel in each store and ensuring smooth communication and resolution of critical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary escalation point for major store-level issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Identify and build relationships with key personnel in each store to facilitate efficient problem-solving.
Maintain a structured approach to managing escalations, tracking issues, and implementing long-term solutions.
Work under high-pressure situations while maintaining a professional and solution-oriented mindset.
Collaborate with store management and corporate teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide guidance and support in resolving software, technical, and operational challenges.
Foster strong interpersonal relationships across teams to ensure smooth coordination and issue resolution.
Leverage retail experience to anticipate potential challenges and proactively address them.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling escalations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in a regional management role or a similar escalation handling position.
Strong background in retail operations is highly preferred.
Ability to thrive under high-pressure situations and make quick, effective decisions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise between store teams and corporate management.
Solid technical knowledge, including experience with software and support systems relevant to retail operations.
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize issues efficiently.
Experience in escalation management and customer service is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a multi-store retail environment.
Knowledge of POS systems, retail management software, and troubleshooting.
Bachelor's degree in Business , Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience in the Retail Industry supporting Retail customers is highly preferred
