Ecolab Pest Division are looking for a Regional Technical Account Manager for the London team who will be crucial in providing tactical technical support to our Corporate customers at sites with high risk pest activity that exceeds the 2 week escalation timeframe. The role is designed to significantly improve and drive action planning and communication for these sites. As a key customer led associate you will not only drive account success but also drive greater levels of coaching and management in district teams by providing feedback and guidance to SvSp's. Having this focused and dedicated resource in high profile corporate sites with high risk activity will also reduce the ‘time to resolution’ driving GP and reducing unnecessary capacity dedicated to call outs and follow ups. 

 

Role Responsibilities:

Technical lead for specified accounts in their region

Escalation point after 14 days for these accounts as per the escalation process

Attendance and planning for escalated sites linked to assigned accounts and EHO specific related challenges

Minimum of 3 days per week on sites solutioning, action planning and caching the SVSP

Managing customer relationships in tandem with the CAM or KAM at a senior national and local level

Quality Coaching:

Provide feedback and technical coaching to SVSP’s during initial review of sites and during execution of action plans

Acting as a feedback resource for District Managers

Track and ensure commitments and action plans have been executed in the field

Customer Interaction:

Manage and deliver escalation calls for assigned customers on a weekly basis on behalf of the region providing in depth up dates and set actions

Manage customers strongly on their actions and what is required for them to deliver to reduce pest activity

Develop trusted and close relationships with the contract management teams and local area management teams and establish yourself as a ‘trusted advisor’ in the business

Accompany CAM on EBR’s and annual reviews

Continuous Improvement:

Report quarterly to the Director of Operations and Regional Manager regarding training needs of the teams, observations, initiatives to drive quality

Report regularly and communicate clearly to the CAM and Head of Corporate regarding customer relations, what we need to change and how they can become a better partner to Ecolab
