University Degree or Diploma in Human Resources ManagementRegistered Professional Recruiter designation and CHRP certification is preferred3 to 5 years of recruitment experience, 2 of which were in a high volume recruitment settingPreference given to candidates who are proficient in spoken and written French.Experience with Microsoft Office software applications.Knowledge of employment law related to recruitment.Excellent technological skills.Experience using behavior based interview techniques.Ability to travel to community organizations, schools and career fairs for presentations as requiredOther Skills and Abilities\:
