Overview:
The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for assisting facilities with staffing shortages, maintaining and expanding professional relationships with all college programs related to the skilled nursing industry. The Corporate Recruiter will assess organizational strategic plans and develop recruitment strategies with the Recruiting Manager to meet short and long-term hiring goals and achieve successful delivery of recruitment targets. The Recruiter will report to the Corporate Recruiting Manager.
Will allow for remote work/work from home, but must reside in the assigned region, as there is significant travel required to support skilled nursing facilities in the Corpus Christi region to include Rockport, Corpus Christi, Kingsville, Calallen, Alice, San Diego, Robstown, and George West.
