The Position

Supply Chain Pharma International ensures reliable supply of medicines to patients across 116 markets with a total population of 6.6 billion people by connecting the needs of our patients and customers to Pharma Technical Operations.

We are looking for a Regional Supply Chain Head to join our team. This role is a critical leadership position focused on driving strategic and operational excellence across the end-to-end supply chain for the EU North and South regions and the EU 5 Affiliates (France, Spain, Italy, Germany, UK, and Canada).

The Opportunity 

As a strategic partner to our commercial teams, you ensure seamless alignment with global strategies while adapting to local market needs and customer expectations. You lead a diverse team of Supply Chain Business Partners, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Develop and execute the regional supply chain strategy, ensuring robust partnerships with commercial and manufacturing operations

Lead the commercial S&OP process and demand shaping alongside commercial and finance teams

Provide supply-insights to inform portfolio prioritization, product launches, and pricing strategies

Contribute to regional P&L performance through cost optimization and customer service excellence

Oversee all end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, logistics, and inventory management

Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation

Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while ensuring business continuity and compliance with global and local regulations

 Who you are

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced leader with a strong background in end-to-end global supply chain processes. Proficiency in English is a requirement for this role, and other regional languages are a strong asset.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred

Over 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry

Proven experience in leading regional or global supply chain operations in a complex, regulated environment

Excellent business acumen with the ability to translate insights into actions that deliver commercial and customer value

A strong leader with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing cross-functional teams
