Key Responsibilities

Reporting into the AMSEA Regional Office, you will be supporting the Regional President to lead cross functional teams and work with regional-global executive level stakeholders to:

Strategize. Translate global strategies to regional opportunities, as well as sense-make regional trends to shape global strategies; align back regional opportunities with the BU business models to enable competitivenessDrive Change. Be a change activist to influence and drive progress in key strategic regional initiatives and programs through tight coordination-collaboration with senior management, functions and BUsImprove operations. Provide direction on improving administrative cadence and decision making in regional level initiatives. Build partnerships. Originate, negotiate and execute ecosystem partnerships in Singapore to accelerate new business opportunities from inception to execution Leverage public-private partnerships. Build and maintain relationships with key public stakeholders to ensure Applied Materials is strategically positioned and supportedCommunicate. Provide strategic directions and core messaging for both internal and external communications

Education and Experience

Bachelor in any Engineering or Science related discipline with 15+ years of relevant experienceExperiences in public-private partnership, strategic operations and project managementExperienced in strategizing, structuring and negotiating internal-external partnerships with 3-5 year planning horizonGood knowledge of the high technology and/or semiconductor industryExperiences working across time zones in multi-functional global teams
