Regional Stock and Quality Manager

We're now looking for a seasoned Regional Stock and Quality Manager to join our team covering two sites, Cannock and Doncaster. You will lead and manage stock and quality operations across these sites. You'll drive excellence in inventory flow, integrity, returns, vendor compliance, continuous improvement and quality routines

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\nLeading and managing regional operations across inventory flow, integrity, non-conformance, returns, vendor compliance, training, continuous improvement, and quality.\nYou will plan, lead, and report on stock team activities to ensure alignment with customer requirements and operational performance targets.\nYou will provide coaching and support to Stock and Quality First Line Managers, SAP teams, and peers to consistently exceed service levels and deliver against key KPIs.\nEnsuring quality, consistency, and compliance across all sites within your regional remit.\nShape and drive inventory and quality strategy in collaboration with Site Leads, embedding best practices aligned with customer expectations and industry standards\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nProven experience in warehouse operations, ideally within automated environments.\nYou're a seasoned quality expert as well as having a background in stock and inventory.\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and deputise for Site Lead.\nTrack record of delivering results against targets with solid planning and decision-making abilities.\nExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nCommercial awareness and relationship management experience, with project management capability.\n\n
