The Regional Specialist (RS) plays a key role in supporting remote clinical visits across global studies. This role works closely with investigator sites, research clinicians, and internal teams to ensure remote visits are coordinated efficiently, compliantly, and on time.

Working in partnership with the Global Lead, the Regional Specialist helps manage visit delivery, supports study timelines, and contributes to high levels of site and customer satisfaction.

Support investigator sites onboarding into RNPS remote visit servicesTrain and onboard research clinicians to ensure study readinessCoordinate remote visit scheduling, clinician assignments, and logisticsManage visit documentation, trackers, and system accessPerform quality checks on study documentation and follow up on correctionsDeliver study‑specific training and support compliance with GCP and regulatory requirementsAct as a key point of contact for sites, clinicians, and internal study teamsSupport courier bookings, shipment tracking, and supply coordination

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in clinical research, visit coordination, or project supportUnderstanding of clinical trial conduct and GCP principlesStrong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a global environmentConfidence working across teams, countries, and culturesProficiency with Microsoft Office applications
