Regional Space Data Manager (Maternity Cover) Job ID 88635 Posted 08-Oct-2025 Areas of Interest Data & Analytics, Design, Workplace Strategy Location(s) Hong Kong - Hong Kong **The Team/ The Business:** You will be working alongside with a team of highly collaborative and supportive colleagues in delivering outstanding service to our clients through management of space data and reporting in APAC. **Contract Duration:** Temporary, Full-Time (January 2026 - April 2026) **What you will be working on:** + Support the account teams for all client space data related items + Interface and communicate directly with stakeholders to maintain accurate space and occupancy data in the FMS database, ensuring documentation and processes are correct. + Ensure data integrity through regular data health check updates and reporting. + Support the CBRE execution teams on space updates for MAC and project activities + Ensure compliance with the client’s Space Planning Service Level Agreement (SLA) and KPI requirements. + Familiarize yourself with and implement the client’s space and data standards and policies. + Generate scheduled and ad-hoc space management reports for both the client and CBRE. **You are someone with:** + Degree holder in data science, data management, or other related disciplines. + Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferrable in financial services sector. + Excellent information technology skills with hands-on experience in a variety of applications such as space management software and Excel. + The ability to plan and communicate effectively with client stakeholders, end users, service providers and vendors + Fluent spoken and written English. **Why CBRE** When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
